At The Black Label Collectibles, we aim to process and ship your orders quickly and securely so you can enjoy your collectibles without delay. Please review our shipping terms below, especially regarding pre-orders and pre-sale items.


📦 Order Processing Time

  • In-stock items are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship domestically and internationally using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, UPS, or DHL.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • UK Orders: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs, peak times, or postal delays outside our control.


🕒 Pre-Orders & Pre-Sale Items

We offer pre-orders and pre-sales on highly anticipated releases and upcoming stock.

  • Pre-order items will ship on or just after the official product release date stated in the product description.

  • If you order multiple items including pre-orders, your full order may be held until all items are ready to ship.
    To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.


💬 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Free or discounted shipping offers may be available during promotions.


📦 Packaging & Protection

We take pride in secure, collector-friendly packaging, using appropriate protection for sealed boxes, cases, and single cards to ensure your order arrives in top condition.


🛑 Shipping Delays or Issues

If your package is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at theblacklabelcollectibles@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.


🌍 Customs & International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or VAT charges upon delivery.
We cannot mark items as gifts or undervalue shipments to avoid customs fees.
